We want you to love your FlagWik purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we offer a straightforward 30-day return policy.

30-Day Return Window

You may return any item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be:

• In their original condition (unused, unwashed)
• In the original packaging
• Accompanied by your order number

How to Initiate a Return

1. Email info@flagwik.shop with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return
2. We'll send you a return authorization and shipping instructions
3. Package your items securely and ship them to our returns address
4. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving your return

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

Custom or personalized items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Refund Processing

Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
